Hollywood Hills Home Remodel – A Stunning Transformation

We completed this full-scale remodeling project in the iconic Hollywood Hills, and the results are nothing short of spectacular! From the exterior to the interior, every detail of this home was reimagined with care, quality, and craftsmanship.

Starting with the stucco work, we gave the home a clean, refreshed exterior that blends seamlessly with the hillside charm of the neighborhood. The stairs, windows, doors, and balcony were all updated to enhance both style and safety, while custom railing work added a touch of modern elegance throughout.

Inside, we focused on creating warm, functional, and beautiful living spaces. The fireplaces were redesigned as a central focal point, anchoring the living room with style. We installed new marble flooring throughout the entire first floor for a cohesive and upscale feel, while French doors added both light and charm, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The new flooring not only enhances the visual appeal of each space but also ties the entire home together with a warm, cohesive look that balances comfort and sophistication. The transformation is both functional and beautiful - an upgrading that truly elevates everyday living!

The Kitchen remodel was a highlight of the project. We installed all-new cabinets, a custom kitchen island and preparation areas, modern sink fixtures, and elegant countertops and solid, single piece backsplashes, to create a bright, functional, and inviting space perfect for cooking and entertaining.

We also delivered a full bathroom transformation, featuring beautiful and stunning tile work, both for the flooring and the shower areas, a sleek shower enclosure and custom shower doors, matching mirrors, a free standing bathtub, updated black faucets, and modern sconces for lighting purposes. Every element was chosen to bring together comfort, functionality, and contemporary design.

The project also included new wood floors throughout the the great room, all bedrooms, a spacious walk-in-closet in the bedroom area, two inviting living/sitting rooms, and a private office featuring a stylish wet bar.

Finally, a fresh coat of paint throughout the home tied everything together, highlighting the home’s natural light and architectural features.
