Chatsworth, CA / Second Floor Addition

We recently completed an ADU build in the City of Chatsworth, constructed above an existing garage to maximize both space and functionality.

This thoughtfully designed unit features flat plank laminate vinyl flooring throughout, a sleek kitchenette with modern flat-front cabinetry, and an extended shower area fully tiled from floor to ceiling for a clean, contemporary feel.

The space is finished with a fresh coat of beautiful powder blue paint, giving the entire unit a bright and inviting atmosphere.
