Atwater Village, CA / Complete ADU Build

We recently had the privilege of designing and building a stunning new ADU from the ground up, featuring a complete bedroom, an expansive kitchen area and luxurious full bathroom.

The ADU’s foundation is finished with sleek, sealed epoxy concrete flooring, providing both durability and style. The bathroom offers spa-like comfort with a fully tiled shower, a serene Japanese soaking tub, a wood vessel-style vanity, and a modern floating one-piece toilet.

In the kitchen, we incorporated bold burnt orange countertops, all-new appliances, recessed cabinetry, and recessed lighting to create a warm yet contemporary space.

The ADU’s placement in a yard shared with free-range goats adds a unique and charming backdrop, making this build not only a functional living space but a truly one-of-a-kind retreat.
