This ADU was completed in 2019 and was featured in Dwell Magazine as well as in the 2019 Los Angeles Design Festival as a Showcase Accessory Dwelling Unit / House. It has a beautifully spacious Great Room with windows that extend for miles of Los Angeles. This two bedroom, two bathroom ADU is a true piece of modern architectural design and style all of it's own.
